In the metal manufacturing and processing for bars and tubes, there will be guides between the rolling mills to guide the material transport in right direction from the roughing mill to finishing mill.

The guide system usually includes receiving guides and delivering guide.

The material of the guides is either cast iron or cast bronze and in two complementary half sections.

Features

Our guides are high strength, excellent toughness, and could resist wearing, heating shock, chilling, and oxidation. In working, the guides will not easily crack, peel, chap and adhere with materials.

A good guides system could prevent the curling around the rollers, the blocking of the materials and other faults during the conveying, so that rate of accident could be cut down effectively.

Obviously, it will ensure the safety of workers, increase the operating rate, the output, the yield, save the energy.
